O³neida Europe was established as a not for profit association headquartered in Brussels, Belgium. The Board of Directors for O3neida Europe Asbl include:

• Antonio Valentini, President;
• Allan Martel; Vice President, Operations; and
• Luca Ferrarini; Vice President, Technology.

O³neida Europe is developing a COST preliminary proposal for submission by the end of March, 2008 in the hope of receiving favourable consideration for network operations funding for up to three years.

O³neida Europe is also a funded partner in the MEDEIA 7th Framework project responsible, along with other project partners, for user requirements definition, use cases development, and dissemination and promotion of MEDEIA results.
