Active discussions are under way in Singapore, New Zealand and Australia to develop O³neida member clusters from each country.

INDIN '08 is in active preparation and gives a wonderful opportunity to add a Korean member cluster to the emerging Asian Node for O³neida. Discussions are under way presently with INDIN '08 organisers, research institutions and firms within Korea.

O³neida continues its discussions within China to support future industrial automation initiatives including conferences and to develop a China - based O³neida member cluster.

O³neida is hoping to establish O3neida Asia as a not for profit corporation headquartered in Asia in late 2008 or early 2009.
